SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

You may return most new, unopened items within 45 days of delivery for a full refund.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

We love our units(amps.,pre-amps,speakers,cables,etc.)!!! and if for any reason you decide to return or exchange the unit(s)within your 60 days we will be happy to refund you 100% , no question asked.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


Faulty Products

All product(s) are fully checked and tested before dispatch, but in the unlikely event of faulty or damaged product(s) please refer to our returns policy below. Returns If you find your product(s) are damaged upon arrival you must notify us as soon as possible in writing by emailing us before you can return it to us. We must be made aware of any Faulty or Damaged product(s) within 7 working days of delivery.

We will fully inspect all product(s) before making a decision on any exchange or refund and reserve the right to refuse to accept a return we deem non faulty, returned outside of the 45 days, not in satisfactory condition, or damaged by yourself due to misuse and not following the correct instructions on use of the product(s), it will then be returned to you and you may have to pay the return delivery fees.

International Shipping

We offers free insurance to all our shipping destinations . Our customers will not be responsible for any shipping charges, duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied or charged by their country APO/FPO shipments are done through DHL or FedEX and can take between 1-7 days.
